Our Chamber of Commerce is committed to promoting
the natural resources of our lakes and rivers, the educational
opportunities of our fine public schools, and the higher education
at the University of Florida. in additionl, the business environment
here attracts a wide variety of heavy industry to high technology.
The City of Newberry received the 'Main Street'
designation from the State of Florida in 2006 which will enable
us to greatly enhance the look of our downtown area. It was
also the year our chamber changed its name to reflect our
business partners in Jonesville. The Newberry Jonesville Chamber
of commerce will have a banner year in 2007.
All in all this is an exciting time to be a
resident of Newberry and Jonesville. I encourage you to get
